The two gunners near Ratchet are called Smythe and Wesson
There is a dwarven airport up above Ironforge, which can only be gotten to if you're Dwarf or Gnome and know how to mountain climb. From there, mages rejoice, you can slow fall into Menethil Harbor.

Up above the Barrens is Honor's Stand, a place constructed in honor of a Blizzard Employee who died during the making of the game. One can mountain climb there from the Barrens towards Mulgore
