Hellfire Peninsula
Hellfire Peninsula is the first zone you encounter when you arrive through the Dark Portal.
Alliance members should take a good look around, and go down the first set of stairs and take a left. You'll find a gryphon master who wants to send you to Honor Hold. There is also a Ration's Vendor who has some new level 60 food and water that you can purchase, and another vendor who I can't remember what they have, I'll replace this babbling with the proper information as soon as I have it.
Members of the Horde can take a right at the bottom of the first stairs, and should find the corresponding Horde NPC's to help you on your way.
I noticed that the quests seem to spread you all over the zone fairly quickly, and I have no recommendations for clustering of quests at this time.
Honor Hold
Arriving in Honor Hold you will see plenty of quests to pick up. It's a good idea to explore the city, as there are Profession Trainers scattered throughout the buildings. For those of you who do Cooking, there is a chef in the back room of the Inn who sells the cooking skill up book, which allows you to gain skill up to 375. Grab quests (the quest log has expanded to (INSERT NUMBER ON QUEST LOG), so don't worry about grabbing too many), and head out to explore. A good "newbie" area to start out is south of Honor Hold. There are some quests from the Crashed Zepplin on the way.
Temple of Telhamat
This temple is in the North Western part of Hellfire Peninsula. It contains a lot of quests, and has a vendor who wants to sell you the first aid book. There is also a flight path in the Temple which I highly recommend you get. Without it you will not be able to fly back to Honor Hold.
Cenarion Camp
South of the Temple, crossing a road, is a small Cenarion Camp which has some quest givers.
The Longbeards
These are some dwarves who are camped out in South Westish (closer to the midline) of the zone. They are slightly north west of the Den of Haal'esh. One of these dwarves want you to have Friendly faction with Honor Hold, and to bring him a Nethergarde Bitter. Bring this as early as possible, as he has another quest for you that can take a while (drasted "kill this and bring me one of it's body parts" quests...).
