Fara Frames is a great way to start into frame management and UI coding. OS X users are a bit SOL when it comes to GUI tools to make the development of frames easier, but we can make do.

Lua.tmbundle.zip - LUA for Textmate. I've attached a simple version of my LUA tmbundle for Textmate. Nothing too exciting, if in doubt use SubEthaEdit and the supplied LUA syntax highlighter.
